although you are daunted by the idea of being picked on, you may be the one who is picking on yourself. you’ve to give yourself more credit. you are not wrong just because The Others aren’t able to see what you see. but just as they look past your perceptions, you might be missing something that is so painfully apparent to them. question is, are you missing it on purpose?
if you are avoiding something, that is your choice, but be aware of the effect your denial has on your loved ones, as they may not be receptive to having to clean up after your absentminded messes. what you do makes a difference, and despite what you might believe, you are an influential individual. when you don’t own your power, however, you become a destructive force.
anxious? use those shaky hands to create an antidote. you have experienced pain, and you know how to alleviate it because you know what it feels like. devise your own remedy. you already have medical inclinations, it’s just a matter of believing in your magic. want a ritual? here it goes…
take a piece of toilet paper. write down the one thing that is upsetting you the most. it doesn’t have to be in words, symbols are fine, whatever works for you. after you spell it out, proceed to rip the toilet paper into little pieces, and when you are done, let them fall in the nearest toilet. flush, then wash your hands and moisturize with your favorite lotion, cream, or oil. go grab your favorite fruit from the refrigerator. put it on your windowsill. in the morning, speak a word of gratitude and eat the fruit. let this be the medicine to cure you of your malady.
