Everything makes more sense now that you’ve arrived a place of quietude and relative stillness. Now that you’re observing the world from a slower vantage point, you’re able to notice beautiful little nuances that usually go unnoticed. The constitution of nature is comprised of some timelessly intricate patterns and they are sure to leave quite an impression on anyone who takes the time to notice and appreciate them.
Just as you are cognizant of life’s simple pleasure, you are also painfully aware of the painful complexities, such as oppression, injustice, and discrimination. It hurts your head to think that such cruelty exists, whether or not you experience it personally. Why can’t life be rainbows and butterflies?
One impulse may be to denounce the evils that occupy the external world, because that is the “right” thing to do. That’s great and all, but before you start burning down buildings in the name of the meek and helpless, first look within to identify possible ways in which you contribute to the problem. You may be unconsciously attached to some ideology or belief that empowers the very system that you so publicly condemn. Justice begins within, so check yourself before you try to wreck anyone else for exhibiting the same detrimental attributes as you.
On a more reassuring note, if you have been on the receiving end of an instance you perceived to be unjust, today could bring the resolution for which you’ve been waiting. Collect your compensation and don’t look back. All is right in the world again.
