Security is a bit of an illusion today, but the risky thrill of the ebb and flow can be ever so exciting if you choose to experience it that way. Just when you think you’ve got a good grasp on what’s going on, you are proven once again that anything could happen, and it probably will when you least expect it. I think today is less about trying to reframe the same old view after the windows have been blown out and shattered, and more about the freedom of vision that is granted when you learn you can see even better without the window, not to mention you get a refreshing breeze and an easy access emergency escape for when you feel the urge to get away. There are bound to be accidents, but they are all going to be happy, so smile 🙂

In other words, if the road is blocked, you don’t have to fight against the obstruction to get to your originally intended destination. Instead, you can be inspired by the detour sign to take the road less travelled. Better yet, you can embark on a whole new journey, because maybe the first one just wasn’t meant to be. Sometimes it’s a blessing to have your regularly scheduled programming interrupted. Disruption snaps you out of the monotony of the mundane into a state of awakened clarity and forces you to improvise and interact in real time with your circumstances, not to mention you have an excuse to do something you wouldn’t normally do without being criticized for being irresponsible.
