Entertainment is great, but distraction can cost you if you’re not careful. There are entities out there who will prey upon your susceptibility to sensationalism only to swindle you as soon as mesmerization overtakes your brain. As a wise man once said, “Put all your hands where my eyes can see.” Keep your eyes open at all times, especially if you associate with many people at once, and check in periodically with your belongings to deter any funny business. An alert appearance will make a thief think twice before robbing you blind.

Suspicion aside, today is full of hope for the future and a feeling that everything is getting better. Anything is possible when you have the right team, so surround yourself with The Ones who get it. You need people who are down for the cause, because while you are capable of doing it alone, why would you want to? Besides, if you think your vision of tomorrow is genius, wait until you get together in a room of other brilliant minds. An innovative idea could be conceived and cultivated if you are open to sharing your unique perspective amongst a group of your peers. Despite how weird you think you may be, you just might be the spark that starts the revolution.

Oh, and while your having your mentally stimulating meeting, make sure you keep belongings in a safe place. If anyone asks you to donate or invest in the organization, it’s probably best to pretend you don’t have any cash, and smile as you walk away slowly. Wait until you get home, think about it, and make sure you’re not signing your soul to a scam artist. Sometimes you want to belong so badly, you agree to something that just doesn’t sound right under normal circumstances. Is it worth it?
