AshéOracle: Week of 4/3/2016 [#StarsAndSymbols]

Week of 4/3/2016

Venus enters Aries | [on 4/5/2016 @ 12:50 PM EST until 4/29/2016]
Venus in Aries is rough around the edges where it is “supposed” to be soft and sultry. The dainty allure that is normally attributed to Venus might take a backseat to the fast-paced pursuit of what is found appealing, but is the rush held in higher esteem than the first place prize? Hmm, probably not, because there’s no greater feeling than winning when Venus is in Aries, whether it’s a friendly competition or a heated argument. Still, there’s something so sexy about the chase.

Mercury enters Taurus | [on 4/5/2016 @ 7:09 pm EST until 6/12/2016]
What Mercury in Taurus lacks in swiftness and excitement, it makes up for in common sense. Words and thoughts have the potential to manifest physically with this placement more than any other. Because of this verbal gravity, it is best to speak deliberately, with the intention to say only what is meant. The superficial stimulation of a sensationalized story is fine, but why go out of the way to say what sounds good if the statement isn’t completely organic? A phrase is always more beautiful when it is naturally inspired and spoken with rhythmic intelligence. Logic is grounded in reality, so it is best to base decisions on the facts found in the earthly realm of tangible information. After all, isn’t everything easier [and a lot more profitable] when let the five senses are allowed lead the way?

Sun [in Aries] square Pluto [in Capricorn] | [on 4/6/2016 @ 4:13 pm EST]

When an ordinary existence isn’t enough, some of us seek to find the heightened reality of a religious experience. Those who dive a bit deeper into the belief that there is a better way might be surprised to find that when certain elements are brought together, specific effects are elicited, and those effects could be exactly what we wished. Imagine what could happen if we devoted ourselves to studying these forces and practicing the art of arranging them in accordance with our intentions, as well as the natural reverence they so require.

Now is the time to tune into a finer emotional frequency, one that transcends consciousness as we know it so that we elevate to an awareness of the incomprehensible depths of a realm unseen. Intuition, collective memory, even divine love all become accessible to us once we commit to connecting our physical bodies to the spirit that lives within and all around. Think of it as a devoted marriage of the mind and body as one singular entity. Of course, we may be called to sacrifice something sacred to us as we begin this new phase, so let’s be mindful of what is ready to be let go.

To be singular within oneself is to be in alignment with universal power, and those of us who arrive at this place will be gifted with the ability to weather any storm that is incited. Everyone at some point has felt persecuted, or maybe just subject to what seem to be the merciless whim’s of nature. Maybe the “natural disasters” we have faced the world’s way of calling us into balance, a response to the humankind overstepping its bounds and disrespecting the resources with which we have been blessed. By adopting a newfound reverence for the environment and all it entails, we could transcend the strife that is constantly encountered by the ones who live without regard for the world around them. When, however, we wind up in the inevitable tricky predicament, we possess the swift-wit to evade attack and the emotional intelligence to anticipate such dangerous engagements in the future. Thank God!

The definition of trouble becomes different when we operate from a place of faith, knowing that for each ritual and every prayer there is sweet relief. Trials and tribulations that would have tripped us up in the past are now regarded with gratitude, as they brought us to this awesome place, and anything unpleasant in the future is already resolved. In this moment we begin to trust in our own resilience as beings who are protected by divine guardians with whom we are in constant communication and mutual exchange, and so victory is possible always.
