🔮 Ashé Oracle Forecast 🔮
Week of Monday, May 8, 2017

1.) YOU NOW
🔮: 9 of Swords 🔪

Mental unrest is the big theme this week. Although people seem to be doing fine, many are fighting invisible battles. For motivation to overcome these obstacles, think back to a time when you realized your fear & anxiety were all figments of your imagination, a time when you worried yourself ragged only to realize you were worried about nothing. If necessary, take an honest look at what you consider entertainment, as it is all too easy to be overstimulated by conflicting, psychologically abusive programming in this day and age. You are what you entertain. 🌟

2.) HIDDEN INFLUENCE
🔮: Page Of Wands 🔥

It is not yet consciously apparent, but your creative will power is being aroused. With the support of a higher power, you are being conditioned to co-create the life you envision. Watch out for a childlike need to be entertained, & acknowledge your preoccupation with sex so that you may channel such potent energy more constructively. 🌟

3.) VISIBLE DEVELOPMENTS
🔮: Ace Of Pentacles 💰

Make room on your trophy shelf, because Another One is coming. Isn’t it nice to have something tangible to show for all your effort? Whether it’s a better paying position or a certificate of achievement, be sure to celebrate the prosperity with which you are blessed right now. 🌟

4.) YOU in the PAST
🔮: Queen Of Pentacles 💰

Prior to this week, you have been preparing for material abundance by tending to your resources, learning how to appreciate/maximize what you have, & fostering growth. Are you ready to reap the rewards?

5.) YOU in the FUTURE
🔮: 14 / Temperance 🙏

As you begin to think more about the big picture, long range vision of your life, you will start to benefit from “Opportunity Perspective”, aka the ability to take your current circumstance (“good” or “bad”) & frame it so that it benefits you in the long run. This way you can turn any experience into the gift that keeps on giving. 🌟

I leave you with DJ Khaled‘s latest offering. My theory is that incorporating the word “one” as a lyric in a popular song is a music industry magic trick used to boost sales, gain airplay, and top the charts.  It’s an affirmation! You can find “I’m The one” featuring everybody Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper, & Lil Wayne on my May 2017 Playlist.

libra full moon/lunar eclipse 2016 [#StarsAndSymbols]

2016’s Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse in Libra is exact on March 23rd @ 8:01 am EST.

The Sun [in Aries] opposite the Moon [in Libra] shines a light on our interpersonal conflicts, and wishfully, our capability to maintain a peaceful balance, or at the very least, fight for justice. Aries energy thrives on conflict, whereas Libra is thrown off by disagreement, although Libra will gladly seek retribution when treated unfairly until balance is restored.

Aside from the Sun [conscious will] and Moon [subconscious instincts] being opposite, as they are every Full Moon, there are some other notable aspects happening at the climax of our monthly lunar cycle.

Asteroid Ceres [the all-nourishing mother] will be minutes away from an exact conjunction with Chiron [the wounded healer] in Pisces, the sign of mysticism and illusion. This asteroid conjunction is close to forming an exact opposition to the North Node [destiny] in Virgo, the sign of purity and self-improvement. This could indicates some sort of trauma event from the past, maybe some sort of loss or separation, that has been left unresolved, but is now resurfacing. In order to move forward, as the North Node urges us to do, we have to confront yesterday’s wounds to cultivate healing. This aspect also indicates a potentially self-sabotaging tendency to become unhealthily attached, perhaps to addictive substances as Ceres/Chiron occupy Pisces.

The next notable aspect is a square between Jupiter in Virgo and Saturn in Sagittarius, which is exact at the same time the Full Moon reaches its climax. This aspect indicates a crisis that revolves around the dichotomy of expansion [Jupiter] and contraction [Saturn]. Yes, the tension surrounding our growth and maturity is likely to be highlighted, but the discomfort of this square aspect will motivate us to get up and do something about it. There are no corners to be cut when it comes to our advancement, and although the work we have to do may feel at times burdensome, the reward will be well work it and long lasting. This aspect may also illuminate some issues with authority and personal responsibility, in addition to the sociopolitical issues [Sagittarius] that are all over the news right now.

It is important to note that this isn’t only an ordinary Full Moon, not that they’re ever ordinary, but an extraordinary Lunar Eclipse. When the Full Moon is obscured by the Earth’s shadow, the material world takes precedence as we realize the gravity of the new life we have manifested. This is a new era from which there will be no turning back.

And now, here is a card reading for guidance…

We have the opportunity now to draw from all of our resources, both earthly and otherwordly, seen and unseen, to propel us to victory. Every road traveled comes with its own set of obstacles, but the trick is to use the gifts with which we’ve been blessed to overcome them. It is crucial that we know what we are facing if we are to triumph, because every challenge are best handled with case by case specificity, because what worked in one instance might be completely unsuccessful in the next. Faith that every struggle will be ameliorated is great, but we must also observe the playing field (as well as other players) to strategize a win. Continue reading

go there, but don’t stay: 8/3/14 [#MyBestWeek]

Screen shot 2014-01-13 at 3.46.03 AM

one of the most gut-wrenching feelings is to desire something or someone so fervently only to have it be snatched away in plain sight. there is little we can do to overcome that anguish, so our only choice is to live with it, to feel it completely. cry if need be. it is important for us to go there, but it would be a mistake to stay. self-destruction and downward spirals are the results of festering sentiment that has found no outlet or expression. if we have it, we have to do something with it, or else it will do something to us.

an orgasmic opportunity: my best week [#MyBestWeek]

Screen shot 2014-01-13 at 3.46.03 AM

this is the moment for which we have been waiting. this is the reason rappers make it rain and the athletes train, something like the olympics. so without further delay, after all this anticipation, let’s get it on! the mars card speaks with great urgency on animalistic impulse, namely that which arouses us to mobility in one instantaneous moment. this planet, revered (and sometimes feared) as a the god of war, is an archetype of singular, phallic focus and is extremely direct to the point of provocation. out of an innumerable amount of past pursuits, we all have that 1 Thing that got us trippin and slippin and freakin out (What Would Amerie Do?) because we want it so badly.

what has been driving us even crazier is the fact that this operation is covert. we have sworn ourselves to secrecy because some battles are better won behind the veil of visibility. scorpio knows that the element of surprise is an essential part of power, and there nothing more shocking than the revelation of previously withheld information. a sneak attack is a foolproof way to kill prey, so why would we broadcast our business? our actions have been bold and based in desire, but we’ve kept under wraps for so long that has grown entirely too hard to hide the evidence of our excitement.

it is not yet ours, but we can already feel it in the palms of our hands, gripping it as if it belongs to us. possession begins in the mind before it becomes real and we have been preparing ourselves for pleasure, making room in our space to take it all in. the 2nd house is indicative of what we own, both material and nonmaterial, in accordance with our system of values and interests of leisure. the luxury of lust is in the consciousness-shifting sensuality of its experience, and as long as we take our time to do it right, our perception of pleasure will last forever like the fruit of the most deeply rooted tree. if we can subdue our appetites for a little bit longer, until the opportunity is ripe for the taking, then the victory will be worth every moment we waited.

4/6/14: fight in the fog [#MyBestWeek]

Screen shot 2014-01-13 at 3.46.03 AM

it gets hard to see when straddling the line between the conscious and unconscious. our eyes take a while to adjust when they have just been dreaming, so it may seem as though we’re out of focus. neptune is said to represent clairvoyance, but if we are not spiritually inclined then the physical vision may be slightly unclear. confusion is a symptom of impaired eyesight and this haziness can be frustrating for those of us who are trying to see what lies ahead. even though we’re not in bed, it still feels incredibly unreal.

indistinction leaves us with a lot of options. at any given interval, life as we know it could go either way, which means that we must be quick-witted enough to know when to switch it up. things are changing at the drop of a dime and versatility is the only way not to get left behind. gemini is the sign of duality, so we must learn to be flexible because anything could happen. the twins are in a constant state of excitement as there is always new stimulation to be experienced, but they can just as well scatter themselves thanks to their short attention spans. if there is an absolute answer, it will take every bit of concentration.

to exacerbate matters, commitment is not in the immediate equation. we are too equal-minded to grow attached to one interest, so our diverse associations spread us thin. the 11th house is indicative of our hopes and wishes for the future in all their varied plurality. being connected to the current of an electrical outlet is bound to bring us some of the most shocking revelations from the highest source of power, but it takes great effort to sustain the singularity of such lucid insights.

my best week: 3/2/14 [#StarsAndSymbols]

no matter how grown we may be or how adult we become, life is an eternal elementary school. there is always something new to learn. mercury, personified as the messenger god hermes in greek mythology, is the fastest moving planet in our solar system, as well as an astrological representation of our intellectual swiftness. the lower mind is mercury [in correspondence with the 3rd House], the function of which is to accumulate information in order to learn the basics of any and every subject. here, there, and everywhere, mercury represents the back and forth of short distance travel, and the quick connections we make as we move about the neighborhood. learning goes hand in hand with teaching, so it is helpful to articulate skillfully if we expect the messages we send to be successfully received.

the classroom was not the only place that educated us. recess is where we studied the art of play and imagination. the inner child of the zodiac, leo is fulfilled by fun and games. pushing the boundaries of the creative will is the way that this sign shines and stands out from the crowd as a special being. because a performer can’t draw inspiration from an empty house, leo needs an audience that will shower it with attention and admiration, but we must first fall in love with our own glow before we can radiate the warmth of a true star. the world doesn’t revolve around an unsure sun, so why not live as gloriously as possible? it feels fabulous to be center stage, but sharing the spotlight is always appreciated. after all, everyone is entitled to the occasional VIP treatment. let’s not act like we never learned how to take turns.

if it’s heavy, give it up. letting go is something we speak of quite often, especially when the south node is called into question, but what exactly are we renouncing? i think it’s easy, especially for me, to dismiss the south node as a karmic black hole, and although it can be, it exists for a reason. the south node of the moon represents the impression that has been left on our soul by past lives. the stuff that comes easy to us, the thing that is so second nature it gives us a stomach ache – that is the south node. when working with this energy, we must be consciously careful not to use it as an excuse to avoid rising to the occasion of a comfort zone crossing challenge. only when we embrace the uncharted territory of the north node – aka the reason we are here in this lifetime as opposed to the last one – will we have the awareness to distinguish the south node’s trash from its treasure, and everything else will start to make sense.

good thing scorpio has the penetrating intuition and unflinching emotional depth necessary to come to such an elusive conclusion. when emotionally invested, scorpio is able to detect and seduce latent potential from its dormant state of slumber, transmuting dark matter into the light of consciousness. it can be mutually profitable for this sign to invest its energy in handling other people’s resources if only scorpio allows itself to forgive injuries, real and perceived. the negative expression of the scorpion is enfolded by hurt, pain, trauma, betrayal, resentment, jealousy, and revenge, so when crossed, this sign will withdraw its resources and withhold valuably vital insights. no matter how intimidating the stinger can be, it is rooted in defensive insecurity and a sometimes overzealous survival instinct, and accepting that will initiative evolution through healing. using our keen psychological comprehension constructively to identify instances in which our own self-destructive tendencies hold us back from uncovering hidden gifts is a definite way to determine what needs to be discarded in order to transcend the turmoil of our lower selves.

the heights of the 10th house suggest we are indeed moving on up. capricorn, the sign of cautious ambition, is associated with this house, so it is no question we are going places as long as we are disciplined and dedicated. capricorn is limitation, meaning it works best within some sort of boundaries, so the 10th house might need the focus of a little restriction to operate at its fullest capacity. unfortunately, in trying to live within its means, capricorn is sometimes stifled by the fear of failure and any other unpredictable outcome. we all have goals, especially in the context of career, but we must first rid ourselves of unsupportive rigidity and irreverent pessimism. the more we realize the power that is and has always been an essential part of who we are, the less we will engage in controlled exchanges and calculated manipulations. there is no need to allow paranoia and doubt to compromise the integrity of our collective character, no matter how unfamiliar the path may be in the pursuit of our passions.

what is the meaning of this? i don’t know, but we’re going to figure it out. that is the philosophy of jupiter. appropriately, the largest planet in our system ponders life’s biggest questions, such as “why are we here?” or “am i doing the right thing?”. abstract concepts with no concrete correctness such as religion and morality are represented by jupiter. this grand vibration skips the detailed tidbits in favor of the divinely delivered definition. answers are obviously significant, but the real growth exists in asking the questions. it is fine to have faith in our own conclusions, but pontification is more overbearing than uplifting, and it could very well limit the enlightenment we are seeking. is your dogma showing?

if it is, dress it up diva! style is everything when libra is the sign. we can litigate even of the ugliest cases when we wear our best law suits 😉 the iron fist in the velvet glove is the strategy of the scales, as they know how to importance of being aesthetically pleasing. politics can be dirty, but in a visual culture, an attractive appearance is powerfully persuasive. libra is not usually accused of being deep, but surely it takes a certain introspective depth to keep the surface pretty despite the scary shadows that lurk below. we must first value the perspective of another in order to present our viewpoints in a way that will be appreciated by all parties. if we are unsure how we are being received by others, we can learn from studying our interactions.

the 11th house is the perfect place to research interpersonal dynamics, as it rules over the many associations of our social sphere. groups of like-minded individuals who unite for some singular cause are ruled by the 11th house, so there is an abundance of knowledge that can be found when we learn to relate more individually to our associates, beyond the impersonal camaraderie of a shared idea. the richest relationships are the ones in which we exchange handshakes for hugs.

Feeling stifled? This is the week to breakthrough those boundaries! Jupiter, known as the Greater Benefic, was the first card pulled. The biggest, grandest, most over the top planet, Jupiter evokes for me the legend of King Midas. Whatever we touch has the potential to turn to gold, and either way… everything will surely be expanded. This expansion is necessary, like a magnifying glass that makes it easier to see clearly the answers to those philosophical Jupiterian questions that are usually based upon law, moral beliefs, and faith in a higher power. Quality over quantity is a mantra to keep in mind when dealing with Jupiter, because it is almost too easy to take it too far. What exactly are we taking, you may ask?

“Relationships!” says the Libra and 7th House, which were the following cards. Libra is the sign that rules the 7th House, so they are essentially one in the same. Luxury, romance, and pleasure are paramount, so if the goal is to be at all productive, it is advisable to avoid laziness and/or overindulgence. There is a preoccupation with cooperation, diplomacy, and reaching an agreement of some sort. Whether it’s a romantic partnership, an up close & personal friendship, or a business arrangement, the ways in which we exchange are being called into question and it seems as though they are ripe for exploration. Shouldn’t be too hard to find something considering our interactivity is larger than life at this time.
